This tool allows Zeus Administrators to delete data from Zeus that might still be showing for Contact or Games records when the person is removed from a Games Team or deleted as a contact from the database.

Data can be cleaned based on 3 options;

• Selection Status – clean the data if the persons selection status changes from say Selected to Withdrawn or Not in Contention
• Contact Delete – cleans the data if the person is deleted as a contact
• Games Delete – cleans the data id the contact is removed from a Games

You can review the records that are being Cleaned by clicking on the “Show Records” click (1). This will produce a pop up window showing the data to be removed and deleted from Zeus.

If you are happy with the data being deleted then click the “Data Clean” link to delete the data from Zeus (2).

To set the selection status for Data Cleaning you need to do this under Selection Status management.

You can extract the data to be deleted into an excel spreadsheet if you wish (3).
