The Plus 1% software is an extremely robust solution that has been in operation for many years. Over time all software requires maintenance and upgrades. Security vulnerabilities may be identified which require patches, issues maybe identified, new versions of browser software may be released, enhancement and upgrades occur and maintenance to increase the systems performance might be required.
The AMO provides ongoing support and maintenance services as part of its licencing agreements to ensure that the system environment remains current and continues to perform at the highest level.
In this section the AMO outlines the process for:
- logging issues and bugs using our issue tracking system
- system updates and our user acceptance testing methods (UAT).
