XML Data Feeds

XML is a data delivery language that stands for “Extensible Markup Language”. It enables Plus1% licensees to access their own data elements for sharing structured data. A number of XML data feeds are available which will enable the extraction of data in a format that can be used by other developers and is generally used for results, competition schedules and athlete biographical profiles. As data is updated in Plus1% the XML feed will contain the updated data. This means as results are loaded they can be immediately updated on public websites through the XML datafeed.

The XML feeds are locked by IP address meaning access to the data will only be permitted if access from a predefined IP address.

Where users want the provide their data to 3rd party developers then they will need to contact the AMO at tech@amo-sport to register for this service.
