Extracting Accreditation and Passport Images

The extracting of accreditaion and passport images is done in the Accreditaion Module.

Accreditaion Module


Team Search - Internet Explorer

  1. Click on the Accreditaion module
  2. Use Selection Status drop down to populate the list. You can filter using all the other dropdowns to get the team members you want to accredit on the screen
  3. You can further filter the list by clicking the check box to remove people
  4. Tick the ‘Zip Images’ link

Extract Zip Folder with Images



  1. Click the ‘Link’ below accreditation image
  2. Click ‘Open’
  3. Save folder on your computer

The name of your extracted files will match the name you have set under Photo File Names – see Photo File Management
