Data Policy Consent

Active log in consents are often used to get users to agree to a data privacy policy.  It is recommend to get legal advice regarding requirements for your country.

Create the Agreement

  1. Click ‘Agreement Builder’ in Portal Menu
  2. You can add Agreement or view/edit existing Agreements in the panel
  3. Click ‘Add/Edit” or “Add Agreement” and complete all other fields and then click “Set Agreement as consent form”
  4. Make sure the Agreement “Is Active” which will make the form visible in the Portal and click ‘Save’

This agreement will be the first page that users are taken to when they log in. To continue they MUST agree and electronically “sign” the agreement

Reporting on Agreements

In the Report Writer you can select 3 fields to report in Agreements that have been Executed.
