The portal has the capability of adjusting text size and contrast for team members with a visual impairment.

Turning the Feature On

  1. Click on the Portal Menu and go down to Setup and the Customize Template tab
  2. Click ‘Login Screen’
  3. Click ‘Contrast’ & ‘Text Enlargement’
  4. Click ‘Save’

  1. Text Enlargement: To adjust text size each user can press the ‘A+’ and ‘A-‘  Contrast: To adjust contrast each user can press the ‘A’ and the ‘A with black background’
