Venue Access will only need to be partial updated according to the details provided by the OCs. Sports associated with the Games will automatically be set up by the system but often All Venues and 3 Venues need to be added.
Update Venue Access Codes
In the Accreditation Module:
- Click ‘Set-Up’ under Venue Access
- Click ‘+Add Access’
Venue Access Fields
The Venue Access Maintenance page will appear.
- Fill out the *compulsory fields including Access, Access Code and Display order
- Click ‘Save’
