The data that is populated into your Plus1% system is owned by the licensee.  The AMO has no ownership in the data that has been entered by licensee’s. Many of the data fields (including table headings) are controlled and managed by the AMO such as sports, disciplines, events, country names and all the associated codes.  

In the event that you want to stop using Plus1% then the licensee’s data can be returned in an excel format. In such cases the costs of extracting the data and providing it in the format required will be responsibility of the licensee.
