CONTACT ROLE: Once contacts are associated with an organisation you can define their Role and Position within that organisation. The Role allows your organisation to group people as you see them, the position is what the contact calls themselves inside that organisation. Examples: Head of Organization, Key Contact. The President of an organisation and its CEO could be considered both the Head of the Organisation.
Managing Organisational Roles
- Click on ‘System’
- The Games Set-Up
- Click dropdown in ‘System Table’ and select ‘Role’
- Existing Roles will appear in a list and can be edited by click on the name
- New Roles can be added by clicking on Add Item
