Form Instructions

Instructions can be included on the ‘Personal Details’ page under each Header to give team members further instructions on how to fill in the form.

Managing Instructions

  1. Click on Portal and Setup and then on the ‘Instruction Information’ tab
  2. From the drop down select the header you want to add instructions to
  3. Write the text of the instructions
  4. Click ‘Is Active’ to publish
  5. Click ‘Save’

To edit existing instructions, return to this page through  the same steps and edit instructions text.

Instructions Display

In the ‘Personal Details’ tab, the instructions will appear under each header as in above.
